Contribution Structure

The FIJ Retirement Plan is made of two parts, the corporate Defined Contribution plan (“DC plan”) and the Retirement Allowance Plan (“RAP”)/Taishokukin. Fisher will contribute 10% of your annual base salary to your retirement account, with a cap of $25,000 USD each year.

DC Plan

The FIJ Corporate Defined Contribution Plan (DC Plan) is an employer sponsored retirement scheme where the company contributes 10% of your salary—up to the statutory limit—into your DC account. You can invest the contributions in any of the nine pre-selected funds.

RAP Plan

In addition to the FIJ DC Plan, any excess employer contributions beyond the DC limit will be accrued on the company's books under a RAP plan and paid out as a lump-sum retirement allowance upon termination of employment.

Employee Contribution

Voluntary employee contributions can be made to the DC plan if Fisher’s contribution does not max out the legal limit. Changes to the voluntary contribution amount can be made but are limited to once a year in October with changes being applied in November. Voluntary contributions can be stopped and resumed at any time.
