How to Enroll in Benefits
If you have recently joined Fisher Investments and need to enroll in benefits for the first time, log on to your Workday account.
Note: The Workday site is only accessible from the office.
From the main page of the Workday site, select Inbox and then Open to launch Benefit Change – Hire. Then follow the new hire enrollment instructions (PDF) to make your benefit choices, enroll dependents (if applicable) and choose beneficiaries (if you’re enrolling in life insurance). Outside of your initial enrollment period, the other time you can make changes to your benefit elections is during Open Enrollment, or within 31 days of a life changing event. If you’ve recently gotten married, had a baby, or experienced another life change, you may be able to update your benefit coverage mid-year. However, you must meet certain requirements. To make a mid-year change, submit your change in Workday.

Review this website to learn about all of your benefit options. For medical coverage, you have a choice of three United Healthcare plans. Depending on your location, you may also have a choice of HMO plans.
