Paid Time Off
All full-time employees* working a minimum of 30 hours per week are eligible to accrue up to 20 days** of paid time off (PTO) per calendar year.
*Please note that outside and/or home-based sales employees are not eligible for PTO.
**Paid time off accrual is up to 20 days per year if working at least 30 hours per week. Employees working 5+ years accrue up to 21 days per year, and employees working 10+ years accrue up to 23 days per year.
Holidays
Holidays at Fisher Investments are generally the days that the New York Stock Exchange is regularly scheduled to be closed for a full day. Regular full-time and part-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week are eligible for holiday pay. For a downloadable holiday list PDF, click here.
