Our work-life programs include paid time off, work from home options, schedule flexibility (subject to manager approval) and family support benefits. Our employees also have opportunities to support their local communities and help families in need by donating to food, toy, eyeglass and school supply drives and participating in blood drives.
Life Events
Life events can affect your eligibility for health and insurance benefits. Depending on your situation, you may be able to change your benefit choices outside of the annual enrollment period.
To make benefit coverage changes mid-year, the life event must be a “qualified change in status” and submitted in Workday within 31 days after the life event occurs.

Enjoy your paid time off! We believe in giving our employees the time they need to attend to their personal lives. Whether that’s for doctor’s appointments, visiting loved ones or relaxing on a sandy beach, we’ve got you covered.
Holidays
For additional time away from the office, our observed U.S. holidays are generally the days the New York Stock Exchange is scheduled to be closed for a full day. Regular full-time and part-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week are eligible for holiday pay.

Whether you’re taking a leave to bond with your child, serve in the armed forces, care for a sick family member, or tend to your own health, we have options for you.
